I read that last update as the prototype would be completed by 2016. I don't think they said anywhere a deal would be done.

Strong progress with this update. Looking positive. Likely some shakey hands to start but perhaps this IR detector coming soon like FJ said and anyone at any point can strike a deal knowing they are close.
