Prediction re PR in near weeks?

Lots of good information appears at this Agoracom site. Managemnent has stated that ceretain things would be completed and announced. Like many (most) investors, I would like to see a PR announcing something that would cause the SP to move up-even as high as $1.44 where I got in.

Now it is August and am wondering if too much to expect any significant news before U S Labor Day, Sept 5.

Anyone have any predictions?
