Thankj libran. I am not surprised that (i) so few have made comments an (ii) that soured Dream doesn't comprehend the possible merger scenario with Yahoo's Remain Co I suggested. Probably most other people who post here also don't understand the concept scenario of such a merger.

Think about it a second. Doesn't Yahoo, now aka Remain Co, have vast connections in the call centers of the WORLD!

Surely someone on this board can make a call to Poet's management and bring this idea to Remain Co. Engage Rainer to consult with Remain Co to educate them re the enormous potential of a merger with Poet in the semi conductor industries. It seems to me that a merger with Remain Co. would be ideal RIGHT NOW! We are like a hermit crab looking for a "shell", aka Remain Co, that is looking for a "current intent" .

My thoughts would have Poet become the surviving company (parent) and would have our exact management team at the helm. Most, if not all, assets "left over" after Verizon acquired what they want would be positined in the Remain Co and managed by the existing maqnagement team at Yahoo. It is likely that Remain Co might be spun off into a mew public company.

This would provide Poet a powerful position with all the bells and whistles of mega cash, mega stature, vis a vie trading on major stock exchange, major exposure to vertical markets, etc. Also, keep in mind, that Poet's current management team remains 100% in tact, and that the only thing new for the Remain Co management to learn is how to deal with the "left over" assets--which they will have to do anywy (duh).

Success will come to only those who are innovators and have visions of the future. Share price will follow!
