That's not how it works and this has been explained to you multiple times before.

If they don't create sustained SP, their options are worthless. Their salaries are also a small fraction of what they once were so the only way they make money, real money is if they increase the SP drastically and make it sustainable so that when they do leave the company eventually, they can slowly offload.
