First of all it is very difficult to compare two companies when they are potentially dealing with entirely different type of tech/research/markets/ etc. So this all would be moot IMO.

I think, given your commentary, that it is important to point out what our management means when they say they are working on a "prototype". I am of the understanding, and by reading between the lines, that we already have working prototypes, but what they are refering to as a "prototype" is a functial product that is capable of high volume mass production, and that is what the engineers are working on- maximizing the performance of mass production prototypes. Perhaps someone else can jump in on this and confirm.
