I listened to the recording again, and once I knew what to pay attention to, it was almost immediately clear that Ajit said "few", not "two". I just corrected this in the transcript and attached a proper footnote.

Regarding the question what "few" weeks might be, my gut feeling says something in the range 3 – 7 weeks, but what do I know!

Taking a strictly (and perhaps ridiculously) formal approach, Ajit also said "not quarters". Note the plural! So it's less than two quarters. A quarter is 52 weeks / 4 = 13 weeks, so it would take less that 13 weeks in excess.
