If it is PC selling, and the question is why in the world would he, and the answer is he has to cuz of this hedge fund deal, then I would guess he's selling on one hand and a distant cousin of his is buying on the other.

He doesn't have the technical knowledge to know the true tech risks in terms of successfully finishing the integrated chip, so I doubt he's selling because he figures it will fail. And even if he or anyone does figure the road is a tough one, they could be wrong. I do think PC may well be in a position, perhaps through GT, to have an idea of the timing of matters, though.
