"Mr. Warrior clearly has value, but as shareholders, it is not transparent to us. Why continue appointment and allocation of options?""

We know that when Mohan first joined the BoD a year ago, there was specific mention of him leading a possible M&A in 2015. The purchase of Alfalite by Gooch could very well have been that M&A activity mentioned.

This article I found from November 2015 indicates that both he and his wife, Padmasree Warrior are "eyeing companies looking to invest in India". http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/small-biz/startups/cisco-veteran-padmasree-warrior-mohandas-warrior-eyeing-companies-to-invest-in-india/articleshow/49852163.cms

And with Ajit's initiative with m2i-International - a large scale ESDM to manufacture smart devices in India with expected revenue of well over $10B US by 2020, it will be interesting to see if Ajit and Mohan have something in mind for Poet in India?
