Message: Very surprised by the options

You can't run a company and base your employees performance based on the SP.

They are jobs to do and everything is pointing to the fact that they are accomplishing these jobs. If behind the scenes, they are motoring along and accomplishing great feats to get us a fully integrated device, and meanwhile the SP is dwindling, should they not be rewarded for doing a good job?

I asked before and no one answered. What would you rather do? Burn through all your cash and pay everyone at industry standards or above (due to being relatively unknown) or issue options with a lower base pay, have everyone hungry to do their part so that their options are worth a lot more in the end (or are worthless if they fail).

I'll choose a healthy cash position and hungry employees every day.
