I came across this on LinkedIn and thought it was appropriate to our ongoing discussion regarding our company and how many are at the end of their patience with management! Basically the message is, that to innovate successfully management has to EVERYTHING right across the entire gamut of the endeavor!!! This takes time and expertise!!!
