Management is human, so they would love something new and exciting to talk about at the AGM, so if they are close to something that they intend to disclose, I would not be surprised if they give it a little extra efffort to get it done in time for a pre-AGM NR. But if they are not particularly close, they are not going to stretch things just to have something to say.
