Stockguru72: I thought anadigs is not working anymore with poet, due to the uncertain happen with the biding back in 2015, for that reason poet engage epiworks for the MOCVD

No, POET chose Wavetek to replace Anadigics.

People, please be aware of what each company's role in the whole process is:

Epiworks produces GaAs wafers which are epitaxially coated, as specified by the POET recipe.
Wavetek processes these wafers to create chips on them, as specified by the POET recipe.
