In regard to option plan I strongly implore you all to vote YES !! True most of earlier ones where put in to enrich however we now have a different company with professionals who know where they are taking us Don't tie their hands. They need options to hire/keep people for they have not the money to pay them their worth, and for possible acquisitions . Don't think small, give them what they are asking
