I think your correct. This link http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingPdf?FilingID=11265317 shows the total beneficial ownership of each exec including their options at of 41 (sorry on my phone so couldn't extract and insert the chart). That is why I had PC with +/- and behind the 1 Agora member as we don't know how many shares he had after exercising his options.
