I think Wavetek is actually in Taiwan, but my point is that it is hard to overlook the fact that II-VI acquired EpiWorks who had already signed a multi-year development and supply agreement to manufacture wafers for POET’s Monolithic Optoelectronics process platform.

II-VI acquired Anadigics Fab which was already familar with and/or had the Poet Process Platform.

We have been told that "POET has transferred its proprietary technology to multiple foundry partners." (news release February 16, 2016)
