You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
Cheap options only have value if they raise the SP. Stop with the issuing cheap options for themselves. We have guys making peanuts compared to their old positions.
If they issue themselves some hard earned options and in the end I make a few hundred thousands dollars off this investment or more, who cares. Would you be more content if we were paying them their old salaries of 10 mil USD$ per year?
Some people just don't understand money and business.
