did POET have approx. 180,000,000 shares fully deluted at this time last year ? and if they did, than 20% of that is approx. 36,000,000 options, which is how many are in the kitty at the moment.

Does POET now have approx. 220,000,000 shares at the moment, fully deluted.? and if we do, than 20% of that is approx. 44,000,000 options.

so there will be 8,000,000 more options in the kitty to use as management sees fit, if the options resolution passes at the AGM, which I am sure it will.

Am I correct with this approx. assumption. ??
