Option Perspective

I would like to think that most people who know what poet is about and are in for the long haul would vote yes to options being increased (At this time only to 20%), but in the future possibly have a cap on the actual number side. Why would we want to hinder or create hardship to an investment that we have been in for up to 6 years, and just at the doorstep of exponetial share price movements, which I believe could come from at anytime.
For all the pressure on the share price that we are seeing and most people are getting ticked off about(me included), which is being shown again and again for different reasons, cannot be put in the hands of present management.
They had nothing to do with Pinetree and Sheldon investing, and I might add, bailing out the company from the door of bankrupsy, just to take opertune time to convert and sell warrants to drive the share price to its lows more than once. We weathered that storm because there were alot more believers in poet to buy up those shares.
They also had very little to do with this last price drop, created by options being exercised, by possibly 2 people who deservedly so earned that right and position, again from circumstances before current management came on board. Short term loss for long term gain? If we were in the same position, would you not do the exact same thing to optimize your finances and have a sizable investment in a company that you believe in. Sure the price would have dropped some from the THM info but not like the pressure added by the option situation.
Again when present management take the time(THM) to keep us as informed as they can, and being as open as they can(positive EBIDTA 2018), they are showing us that they are not hiding and sugar coating information and that the company is growing and and doing whatever is possible to build shareholder value(as execs should).
This all takes time and patience and to have whatever tools(more options) they need for any future M & A and/or high profile additions, which would be under different timeline execution, and not necessarally used right away, they will build a behemoth of a company.
Just some thoughts to share.
