I understand that 20% is a large number! I will vote my 350,000 shares "Yes"! I also believe that the BOD's and executive officers will only use any of these options to enhance shareholder value! I also believe that this company will continue to grow and I for one will not in any way vote to restrict its growth! In my opinion, let's hope that over the next few years many or most of these options can be utilized! Hawkeye
