Welcome to the TSX Venture my friend.... where everything is possible. On Friday morning, you are Chairman of the Board of a Company, you know everything about the Company... On Monday morning you announce:"Hey folks, by the way, I left the Company 3 days ago'' and you are free to dump everything you want without telling anything. Seriousely, this is absurd.... but legal :-(
