I agree but the THM pointed out that in many ways, as evidenced by the many concerns voiced here, they still struggle to communicate clear (and some times consistent) messages. They know what they mean, but few others do without more context/information.

One example is the statement somewhat to the effect that some thing was advanced by 18 months....From when and to when? It would be nice to know the date reference points so we could contextualize the true or more accurate meaning of the comment.
