One question for my understanding:

At the moment the BoD of POET is consisting of Mrs:
Venkatesan, Manocha, Lazovsky, DeBonis, Warrior, o'Donnel and Tsiofas.

Why is POET now putting at the AGM-Agenda:
4. To set the number of directors at seven (7)?

What is your guess about changes in the BoD? Will Denselight and BB receive positions (oh, yes, some options?
