One question about DL adquisition.

Someone could confirm wich one is the share price that we are going to pay/give to Denselight?Sould be $1 CAD per POET shares?

Could be the reason for the share value decrease. Share is approaching fixed price in the exchange between POET/Denselight. After completing the transaction share sould be go up, not before.
