BB Photonics, who lets be completely honest, has a much better in depth view of PTK than all of us combined on this board just sold their private company for 2 million shares of PTK. Why would they sell their company for shares of PTK if they we're sure it was going to take off.

They literally have built an impressive little company and sold it off for shares of another company after having in depth talks, a look at all that's going on with PTK, a look at the books, and having met with everyone and seen everything.

They are putting their whole work on the line and you guys aren't sure if PTK will be successful?
