Under-the-radar accumulation. So nice, isn't it, that some out there can trade commission-free...

I doubt the retail investor will ever get the option at Scottrade to specify that their 30,000 share buy order be chopped up into 100 share nibbles... even though it would be an easy accommodation thanks to electronic trading.
