The AGM date was in the last news release:

"POET also announced that its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders (“AGSM”) has been scheduled for July 7, 2016, in San Jose, CA."

I would expect we get an NR tomorrow morning providing the connection details of the THM webcast.
