Thanks for the insight, rockymica, and the reminder of the history of POET Technologies. I'm sure most of us are aware that POET began life as a public company as a result of a reverse take-over by Tandem Resources LTD, but I must admit, as for myself, I hadn't made the connection to the most recent transformation intentions of Peat Resources and Noble Minerals from resource companies to tech companies. The connections with Sam Peralta give some context and a different perspective to not only POET's beginnings but also the current transformations.
