I can't see management hosting an in person meeting so close tothe AGM if there wasn't some meat to chew on. It would be an awful lot to ask of investors to spend the money to attend an even that would just be "kicking the can down the road".
If there wasn't some good meaningful news an update could be handled much more effectively in a Conference Call, as has been past practice. This deviation from previous practice, coupled with the close proximity to the AGM smells like something good is in the oven.
