Given that the DenseLight technical team will now be fronting POET R&D, it is worthwhile reading the profiles of the CTO and VP Engineering and considering how well they will fit into the POET philosophy.

I expect that they will now play a role in takeing forward Geofrey Talylor's work. One wonders whether a member of the POET Technical team will move to Singapore to work with them as liaison as no doubt they will need time to get their heads around POET and will need training.

Personally, I like what I read and imagine that because of their location and previous roles in Singapore University, they will tie in with the recently signed A Star agreement all of which augers well for POET to be at the forefront of new technological developments.

A further though following Geoffrey Taylor's retirement is that we will need a new CTO and I wonder how this will be played as it is of great significance to PTI's future technical development.
