Tpower, I think that's just an excellent observation! By far, the greatest retail holdings are situate in Canada, and perhaps clustered near Toronto.

There may well be some lobbying going on at this Town Hall. And with Rainer attending as an informal ambassador from Germany and perhaps all of Europe, they will have the ear of folks representing large numbers of shares. If our management has something cooking that requires shareholder approval, well, what better way to muster up support.

If that's to be the case, then I think we hear about this at least a day or two prior to the Town Hall, so as to avoid selective disclosure issues.
