Sula, depends how you interpret exuberant then..
Here's the plain definition:

filled with or characterized by a lively energy and excitement.
"giddily exuberant crowds"
How about if I take away the exclamation mark from my statement.
"Yesterday's news was fantastic"... There, is that better?
