What does this move offer us over what we already had working at wavetech?

I'll ask it at the risk of sounding stupid - but I think after watching this stock closely for 6 months I'm somewhat informed - so I'm sure others are asking the same question - and an answer from some of the members of this board will surely help strengthen the hands of those holding shares.
