This is so much better than a buy in from a major, diluting Poets worth in the Long term but receiving a Pop in SP value for the short term.... People this is the PLAN that Ajit envisioned for this company his FAB 2.0. A company that can produce their own products without middlemen taking value away at every stage of the production chain. A management team that is finally in their element of WHAT THEY DO! We got a 50M dollar investment for 1/5th the cost.
