World class management with a Rolodex that the acquired company in all likelihood didn't have.

Our CEO and COO have opened doors to many significant opportunities by their credentials.

This acquisition, as mentioned by FJ and ST, change the ball game and the deliverables and timing, from where I sit.

Denselight owners see very well the accretive value in this play for them. That's a no brainer. They see the connections, the markets, the potential that our CEO, COO, and the rest of the team bring.
