Well, Genew, of course the price per share would be important, and the bigger the name buying it, the more important it is. It will hopefully set a floor for the stock for at least a while.

I don't have any handle on what the price for which such a minority stake might be, but if the stake is purchased by a household name, the publicity and exposure from that purchase will be what propels the stock well beyond that base.
