Will not be the case. If it would be unfriendly the aquirer could have just announced his offer to the market. Also if it would be unfriendly there would be no negotiations which take time, means that it could have been made public straight away without our management taking 1,5 days minimum to put out any information regarding the "pending news". I am not afraid of this at all. Also the rising SP the last 3 days is a good sign IMO.
