possibly needed to do this on short ntoice due to info out unexpectedly hence done at 7:50 am Pacific time just as they are coming into the office. They will need to run press release by the other party first so this could take a little longer as it would also need to go thru legal review and PR review. 2 hours would be now so my GUESS is probably 3:00 pm eastern time???
