During normal trading, it would likely get filled at some point. News, buyouts, deals, all negate that though.

Called a runaway gap, doesn't need to get fillked.

Someone leaked it early so I'm hoping it's not just a small update and PTK asked to halt because of the trading. Fingers crossed for something big.
