I believe he covered both the single and multi-mode requirements with Coarse Wavelength Multiplexing (CWDM) in the long, 1,310 nm region on the single mode fiber Core/router switch for the single mode, and leaf/spine for the multi-mode. The tendency toward higher speeds, like the 4x10g at 40 g or the 4x25g for the 100g, and higher. Soon they will have bi-directional at 20 g for both the single and multi-mode fiber cable. I also remember the single mode term used, but, I believe this would apply to the each of the many VCSEL's in the device, each of which will operate in single mode but are combined as necessary. Getting fairly technical here but I think Mr. Urricariet was referring to what was and will be available from Finisar. Please chime in if I missed anything. Nice direction for POET today. I hobbled together a 600 share purchase at .82, on the OTC. You might have seen it as it was the first listed on the US side. Wanted to get something today. Who knows when we'll hear the News. GLTA Bt
