Browsing through the forum and all the posts that have been written yesterday, I really wonder, what is going on.

First of all, the company is called POET Technologies, so it was reasonable to try to protect this name. And as the name is a acronym, I think there was a reasonable chance of being able to protect the name. But at the end, they did not succeed.

That everyone is now thinking about another name, seems fun - but this is nothing more than amusement. I seriously think, we should be talking about more important things:

1.) What about the cancellation of the AGSM? As I pointed out earlier, the announcement via SEDAR was weird. Last year, the AGSM was announced via a proper NEWS. So, was the SEDAR filling just a mistake? Maybe filling out for the wrong date? Or is there more behind the cancellation and not putting out a NEWS beforhand?

2.) For the first time, we have heard in a NEWS astonishing numbers, about what POET is able to deliver. The NEWS about the detector was amazing. And it is the right step, to bring the detector to the market. We should understand respectively have a deeper look at the market for detectors, possible partners etc.

3.) What bothers me: I do not get it, why there was no outcome from the colloboration with BAE Systems until now. They know POET very well. Although there is an agreement between POET and BAE for joint development until 2023, POET does not anticipate any product that will be produced together with BAE.
