I'm hoping that there's something they really want to be able to tell us by the AGM, and they are pretty sure they won't be ready until after May 31. If their intention is to move the AGM, then I would have preferred the word "postponed." But perhaps that's not an option under applicable securities laws.

It's also possible that if whatever it is they want to tell us but won't be ready as of May 31, is the kind of thing that could easily get leaked at a May 31, AGM, and they don't wan't to deal with that kind of cluster....

If it is something like the above, then it's in the works, but it ain't done till the deal is actually struck.

I suppose we will hear it has to do with certain business doings that have been recently schedules and are too "hot" to postpone - perhaps overseas, as that would block out more time and more uncertainty as to travel.

Well, the above represents my damndest to put a very nice (easily silver) lining on this revelation.
