Not sure how this got onto the R/S but I will say here and now that the chances of a R/S being implemented are infinitesimally small. The company has made no mention of it since they lowered it from 5:1 to 3:1 (2 yrs ago now?...time flies when watching something for so long) and have stated recently they have the funds to last through to revenue generation (or words to that effect).

I believe we all would agree that the company can attain NASDAQ without the R/S, as suggested, and that it will be dropped from the realm of possibility in the near future.

Anyone that is still worried about the R/S occuring are wasting their time.
