how do you enter a market you will apparently dominate?

Seeing as how we are magnitudes above others in the detector market - how do we choose a partner to enter the market as seemingly whoever adopts out technology will dominate. Do we license to one user - sell to mulitple companies, we're talking about a billion dollar industry.

....and along those lines - to not get ahead of ourselves - why hasn't anyone in the industry offered to buy us out already on these metrics alone? We seemed to have derisked the IP by producing results in a large volume foundary - you would think we would have a bidding war at this point? Or is this ongoing as we speak? Or is there another proof point in the detector market POET has yet to prove?

These are my thoughts - very happy with my money here - would love to be enlightened as I know little about the industry.
