A stock should always reflect it's true value. PTK will need to raise capital at some point. The markets do not always cooperate. Strike while the fire is hot. If these markets colapse, money will be hard to find at the right price. It was only 7 years ago when companies like GE sold for only $5. Yes, PTK can always get financed, but at what price, how much dilution. That's the problem with the management of most start-ups, they know that they may have a great product but the market plays to it's own tune. Wait too long and dilution could cut our value in half.
