Can someone explain to me what is going on here - PEAT is entering the tech sector to partner with POET under the guidance of a man who used to do work for POET? IS that it?

What are we getting out of this? POET and it's shareholders? Is IBK about to buy up a bunch of our shares - is PEAT about to give us a pile of cash or generate NREs? Or is PEAT just gonna tag along and take a portion of the huge mountain of cash we make.

Sorry I'm lost and posting quickly at work - something the SH board trolls told me not to do that I should be saving lives - but I don't follow their advice lol
