Exactly, they can't offer anything really except for Sam. Why wouldn't Sam go to one of the GR firms and use his knowledge of POET and relationships with POET to bring them to POET's table.

Essentially I see it as PEAT working as a consultant (middle man) to bring in business to POET, but that has no experience/know-how (other than Sam), financial backing, or company structure to support such a pivot.
