LookinGIntolt, regarding your question, I am doing these kinds of things with ghostscript. This is not everyone's tool for sure, but for me it's like a Swiss Army knife.

However, since this particular diagram consists of a few blocks, arrows and some text, you might chose to simply redraw it.
