I took the graph that LookinGIntoIt posted here recently, i.e. this one:
I added some space at the top to make room for the POET detector. Unfortunately we don't have have a curve for the POET detector, but only a single value at 850 nm. This translates to a fat dot at the top of the graph below. We could rightfully say that POET is somewhat ahead of the curve.
