Completely right, VR, it is a typo - because many non-scientific pepole are not able to type µm (micron).

Here the aperture is 10 µm, this is 1/100 mm!

This is - again - a little problem which should not happen!

Imagine, Tesla would issue a NR stating that their model 3 has a terrific range of 330 m. OMG!
