Rainer: do you think that the new Rxec are systematically going thru the patents and battening the hatches down to make sure that they are as protective as necessary possibly at the request of certain customer(s) who want to be sure that their investment in using POET processes and developing POET based products is not undermined. Sometimes when you have new people they see things the original team might not have fully protected or thought needed protection.
